1. Introduction
Welcome to Precision Global Marketing. We are a digital marketing agency providing tailored strategies to help businesses enhance their online presence. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
We provide Booking Appointments, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Website Design, Google Business Profile Optimization & Maintenance, Facebook Advertising, and Social Media Maintenance. The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal for each client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary information, access, and permissions required for PGM to deliver its services, and respond promptly to requests. Clients must comply with applicable laws and maintain accurate business information.
4. Payment Terms
Pricing for our services is determined based on the scope of work and will be outlined in the proposal or contract provided to the client. Payments follow agreed schedules, and late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees. Payments made for services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the contract.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
PGM is committed to protecting client and customer data. Any personal data collected is solely for the purpose of providing services and communicating with clients, and is retained only as long as needed. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.
7. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of content they provide. Upon full payment, ownership rights to final deliverables are transferred to the client.
8. Termination
Clients may terminate the agreement with a written 30-day notice. Any outstanding fees for work completed remain due upon termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PGM's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the client for the services rendered.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
