How to Give PGM Access to Your Google Business Profile
Add us as a Manager so we can optimize your Google Maps listing.
Before you start
You must be signed in with the Google account that is the Owner of the Business Profile. Managers can't invite other users.

Step-by-step

Go to business.google.com (or search your business name on Google while signed in) and open your Business Profile.

Click the three-dot menu (More) and select Business Profile settings.

Click People and access.

Click Add (top left).

Paste our email address.
- 6
Under Access, choose Manager.
- 7
Click Invite. That's it — we'll accept the invitation on our side.
Troubleshooting
- "I don't see 'Add'": you are probably a Manager, not an Owner. Ask the person who created the profile to add us, or to make you an Owner first.
- Have more than one location? Repeat these steps for each location.
