How to Give PGM Access to Your Facebook Page
Give our team access to manage your Facebook Page (and connected Instagram).
Before you start
You need to have full control (admin) of the Page yourself. Use a computer if possible.
Who to add
We'll send you the name of the PGM team member's Facebook profile by chat, WhatsApp, Telegram or email. Search for that exact name when you get to step 5.

Step-by-step

Log in to Facebook with your personal profile that manages the Page.

Click your profile picture (top right), then See all profiles, and switch to your business Page.

Click the Page's profile picture (top right) and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.

Under the Page settings, open Page setup → Page access (on some accounts it appears as New Pages Experience → Page access).

Next to People with Facebook access, click Add New, then Next, and search for the name we sent you.

Turn on Allow this person to have full control.

Click Give access and enter your Facebook password to confirm.
If your Instagram account is connected to your Facebook Page, this access also lets us help manage Instagram through Meta Business Suite. If it isn't connected yet, let us know and we'll help you link it.
Troubleshooting
- "I can't find the person": make sure you typed the exact name we sent. If it still doesn't appear, send us a friend request or ask us for the profile link.
- "I don't see Add New": you don't have full control of the Page. The person who created the Page needs to do this.
